Ms. Beth Page Holland, age 75, of Lyons, died on Sunday, October 4, 2020, in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia after an extended illness. Ms. Holland was a native of Lyons, a 1963 graduate of Lyons High School and lived in Lyons most of her life. She was a licensed practical nurse and was a graduate of South Georgia Technical College. She worked in various hospitals, including Americus, Augusta and Lyons. She was a homemaker after her nursing career. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church of Lyons and was a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Lyons. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul E. Page and Jane D. Page; and 1 sister, Paula Page. Survivors include 1 daughter, Chanda Lea Holland Phillips and husband Greg, and 2 grandchildren, Brenton Phillips and Braylea Phillips, all of Albany; 1 brother, Tim Page of Lyons; 1 sister, Becky Maccuch of Milledgeville; 2 nieces, Christy Maccuch and Linda Hansel and husband Shawn; and her long-time companion, Larry Cowart. A graveside funeral service was held on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at 4:00 p.m., in Lyons City Cemetery, with Pastor Glenn Russell officiating.
