Mr. Louie Reynolds

Mr. Louie Reynolds, age 67, of Mount Vernon, died Tuesday morning, September 1, 2020, at Spalding Regional Hospital in Griffin, Ga., after a brief illness. Louie was a native and lifelong resident of Montgomery County. He was a retired handy man from the Mount Vernon Housing Authority and was a member of the Mount Vernon Baptist

Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herschel and Nan Reynolds; one brother, Robert Reynolds; and one sister, Tannie Teal.

Louie is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Reynolds of Mount Vernon; two daughters, Cindy (John) Hutcheson of Mount Vernon, and Kimberly (Roderick) Yawn of Mount Vernon; one son, Kyle (Cristina) Massey of Mount Vernon; one sister, Gerry Davis of Aberdeen, NC; and seven grandchildren, Wesley, Hanna, Gracie and Claire Hutcheson, Matthew, Elijah, and Louie Yawn, all of Mount

Vernon. Funeral services for Mr. Louie Reynolds were held Thursday, September 3, 2020, at 4:00 p.m., at the Mount Vernon Baptist Church, with Reverend Karl Hay officiating.

Interment followed at Mount Vernon Memorial

Cemetery. The family received friends for visitation at the church on Thursday, September 3, 2020, starting at 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
