Dykes, Registered Surveyor, dated July 6, 1972, and recorded in Plat Book 8, page 376, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Toombs County, Georgia, which plat and record thereof are incorporated herein, by reference, and made a part of this description. Said tract is bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by land of Obelisk Properties, LLC; East by land of City of Vidalia, South by land of Dwight R. Richardson; and West by the right-ofway of Mike Street. Said tract is the same tract as conveyed to George I. Powell from J. David Lovins, by warranty deed, recorded on October 8, 1986, in Deed Book 218, page 236, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Toombs County, Georgia. Subject to all easements, restrictions, and right-of-ways of record. The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured, thereby this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees, notice of intention to collect attorney's fees having been given as provided by law.
