The Executive Director, leading a team of approximately 375 staff members, with 15 direct reports, works in partnership with the Board to accomplish action pact’s mission, creates and maintains a clear vision for the agency and is responsible for carrying out the work for the agency. A qualifying candidate will have: • Demonstrated leadership, relationship building, management and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to supervise subordinate staff and provide administration guidance, management and leadership. • Knowledge of nonprofit operations, policies, procedures, funding sources, federal and state program policy requirements and regulations. • Be responsible for interpreting board policy, statements and directives and communicating such to advisory boards, appropriate staff and outside entities as needed. • Be responsible for coordinating with program directors and fiscal officer to ensure safe guarding of agency assets. Experience: Four years of related experience in the administration and management of government contracted programs.
